Partnership Benefits
Why Partner with Lean Eco Cell?
What you get when you partner with the lean platform.
Patent-pending platform
The highest-density PEM fuel cell on the market. Multi-fuel by design - hydrogen, methanol, or ethanol on the same hardware. Architecture and chemistry are patent-pending.
EU IP. Allied supply chain.
Finnish-headquartered, EU-funded IP. No embargo risk. Aligned with EU defense autonomy and NATO supply-chain requirements.
Lean manufacturing economics
Low-capex production by design. No specialty fab required. Margin headroom partners can actually price into deals.
First-mover terms still open
The fuel cell market consolidates over the next 18–36 months. First partners lock in license geographies and OEM supply agreements.
PARTNERSHIP PATHS
Four ways to partner with Lean Eco Cell.
Different terms. Different selection bars. One platform.
PATH A — DISTRIBUTION
Carry LEC into your market.
Sell LEC's finished fuel cell products — soldier wearable, portable generator, UAV power pack, containerized systems — to defense, emergency, and industrial buyers in your region.
- •Reseller margin model
- •Sales enablement + technical training
- •Joint deal support
Targeted partner profiles
- Defense, emergency, and government-energy distributors — channel reach into ministries of defense, civil protection agencies, humanitarian organizations, or government energy programs.
- Generator and battery distributors expanding the portfolio — already carry diesel gen-sets and lithium storage from major brands; want a clean, multi-fuel option that wins on weight, runtime, and signature without confusing the existing line.
- Marine and portable power channels — commercial marine, off-grid industrial, or expedition markets.
PATH B — SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Bring LEC into your tender bids.
Integrate LEC fuel cells into your bid packages as a sub-supplier for large government, military, or industrial tenders. We write the technical chapters. You win the contract.
- •Co-bidding support — LEC writes technical chapters
- •MIL-STD / STANAG compliance support
- •Fixed-price commercials for tender deadlines
- •Joint customer demos
Targeted partner profiles
- Defense primes and system houses — bidding on soldier systems, vehicle programs, deployable base power, or naval programs.
- Container, shelter, and deployable system makers — TOCs, command posts, field hospitals, comms shelters that need integrated multi-fuel power.
- Government energy and microgrid program bidders — responding to RFPs for base infrastructure, strategic energy reserves, or sovereign microgrid programs.
PATH C — OEM INTEGRATION (STACK & MEA)
Build your fuel cell. With LEC inside.
Integrate LEC's stack and MEA into your own fuel cell product. Patent-pending architecture, lean manufacturing, low-cost cell economics — your product, a generation ahead of the field.
- •Stack + MEA supply agreement
- •Integration engineering support
- •Custom power configurations (1 kW → 1 MW)
- •Production-volume agreements
- •IP-clean integration kit
Targeted partner profiles
- Unmanned systems builders (UAV, USV, UGV, UUV) — building autonomous platforms where endurance, payload-to-power ratio, multi-fuel flexibility, and low thermal/acoustic signature decide who wins the contract. Ship LEC's platform under your brand for a generation lead over lithium-only competitors.
- Physical AI and robotics OEMs — humanoid, industrial, or mobile robots that need to run a full industrial shift, not a 90-minute demo. Power architecture that scales with autonomy duty cycles.
- Generator, marine, and microgrid OEMs opening a clean-energy line — established power-equipment OEMs (gen-set, marine engine, mobile power, portable generator) adding a fuel cell variant under your brand without rebuilding engineering or supply chain.
PATH D — LICENSING
License the platform. Build your program.
Produce LEC's patent-pending fuel cell architecture under license — sovereign manufacturing, regional production, prime-contractor programs. Awarded to high-volume manufacturers with established brand presence in their market.
- •Tech-transfer package
- •Manufacturing IP license
- •Production process training
- •Long-term royalty + minimum-volume terms
- •Geographic + vertical scope
Targeted partner profiles
- Sovereign manufacturers and large industrial groups — high-volume manufacturing, established brand presence in your market (industrial, energy, automotive, defense, marine), and the capital and procurement context to deploy at national or regional scale.
LICENSING ELIGIBILITY
Licensing is granted to high-volume manufacturers with proven market presence and brand reputation. Startups, pre-revenue companies, and small-volume integrators take the OEM path (Card C) instead.
