These Terms govern your use of the Lean Eco Cell website (leanecocell.com) and the partner portal (app.leanecocell.com), operated by LeanEcoCell Oy ("LEC", "we", "us").

2. Use of the website

The website provides information about our products, technology and partnership programs. Content may change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer or technical guarantee.

3. Partner portal accounts

Access to the partner portal is granted to approved partners. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or portal, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape at scale, or use our services to violate any applicable law, sanctions or export-control rule.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property on the site and in the portal — including our patent-pending fuel cell technology, designs, logos and content — belongs to LEC or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the right to use the services as intended.

6. Export control & compliance

Our fuel cell technology may be subject to EU dual-use regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/821) and related rules. By engaging with us, you agree not to use, resell or re-export our products or information in breach of applicable export-control or sanctions law.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, LEC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and the courts of Finland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
