1. Who we are (Controller)

LeanEcoCell Oy ("LEC"), Business ID 3612851-6, Tampere, Finland, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our partner portal. Contact: info@leanecocell.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact form — your name, email, phone, company website, reason and message.
• Partner application — name, business email, job title, company, partner type, phone, your marketing opt-in choice, and any details or documents you upload in the application.
• Partner portal — account and partnership data needed to operate the portal.
• Website usage — basic technical data (IP, device/browser, pages viewed) and local storage (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)

• To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request — legitimate interest / pre-contract, Art. 6(1)(b),(f) GDPR.
• To evaluate and administer partnership applications — contract / legitimate interest.
• To send you fuel cell and partnership updates only if you opt in — consent, Art. 6(1)(a); you can withdraw at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and portal — legitimate interest.
• To meet legal, accounting and export-control obligations — legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under data-processing agreements:

• Hosting & database — our cloud platform (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) stores your form submissions and partner-portal data.
• Email delivery — Resend sends confirmation and notification emails.
• Phone country detection — when you open the contact or partner form, your IP address is sent to ipapi.co solely to pre-select your country dialing code. You can change the country manually.

We also disclose data to authorities where the law requires.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). To exercise your rights, email info@leanecocell.com.
