LEC partnership types
The four ways to partner with Lean Eco Cell — distribution, system integration, OEM (stack & MEA), and licensing — and who each fits.
Lean Eco Cell partners with organisations that bring our multi-fuel fuel cell technology to defense, emergency and commercial markets. There are four partnership paths — each with different terms and a different selection bar.
1. Distribution & reseller
Sell LEC's finished products — soldier wearable, portable generators, UAV power packs, containerized systems — in your region or vertical. A reseller-margin model with sales enablement, technical training and joint deal support. Best for defense, emergency and government-energy distributors, and generator/battery distributors expanding their portfolio.
2. System integration
Bring LEC fuel cells into your tender bids as a sub-supplier. We provide the technical chapters, MIL-STD / STANAG compliance support, fixed-price commercials for tender deadlines, and joint customer demos. Best for defense primes, system houses, and deployable-system makers bidding on large government, military or industrial contracts.
3. OEM integration (stack & MEA)
Build your own fuel cell product with LEC's stack and MEA inside. You get the integration kit, custom power configurations (1 kW–1 MW), integration engineering support and production-volume supply agreements — your brand, our patent-pending platform inside. Best for unmanned-systems builders (UAV/USV/UGV), robotics OEMs, and power-equipment makers opening a clean-energy line.
4. Licensing
Produce the LEC platform under license — sovereign manufacturing, regional production, prime-contractor programs. Includes a manufacturing IP package, production training, long-term royalty and minimum-volume terms. Awarded to high-volume manufacturers with established brand presence in their market.
Which path fits you?
- Sell our products → Distribution
- Win tenders with our power inside your bid → System integration
- Build your own product on our core → OEM integration
