How to apply to partner with LEC
The partnership process — from the first form to the fit call — and what to expect at each step.
Applying to partner with Lean Eco Cell takes a few minutes. Here's the process and what happens next.
1. Submit the partnership form
Go to Become a partner and complete the short form: your name, business email, company, the partnership path that fits, and how to reach you. Pick the path — distribution, system integration, OEM or licensing — or choose "not sure" and we'll guide you.
2. We respond within 48 hours
A member of the LEC team reviews your application and gets back to you within two business days to set up a first call.
3. The fit call
The first call is a fit check — honest answers from both sides on capability, market access and program seriousness. There's no obligation; it's about whether the partnership makes sense for both parties.
4. Evaluation & next steps
Depending on the path, next steps may include an NDA, a demo unit scoped to your evaluation, technical and commercial scoping, and the relevant agreement. Distribution and system-integration partnerships move quickly; OEM and licensing involve deeper technical and production scoping.
What we look for
We qualify on fit, capability and program seriousness — not size alone. Distribution is regional and competence-based; system integration needs active procurement pathways; OEM requires engineering depth; licensing is for high-volume manufacturers with established brand presence.
